a wild piper appears.
outofcharacter. It’s been ages, I know, I know. Hey! Anyways, this isn’t going to be a post talking about how I’m going to return to Baby and all of that. This is actually a post saying how I’ll probably end up deleting this account.
Or maybe not deleting, being as I have so many beautiful threads that I’d like to keep, so I’ll probably just change the theme to show no posts and then keep the blog on— that way I could come back to it if my heart ever desired to.
But I do miss you guys, and I don’t want you to think otherwise, which is why I’m here to say that I made a Sam Winchester account, if any of my old roleplay partners want to come and love up on me like old times. It’s been far too long, but I don’t want to make empty promises about coming back to Baby, because I’m sure that won’t be happening anytime soon.
Au revoir!
Piper.
Okay, I need to go for a bit.

outofcharacter. Welcome back, dear. It’s really good to see you again.
outofcharacter. Oh, why, thank you, love. <3 It’s good to be back.
I have a little story to tell about my absence.
outofcharacter. In the past few months, other muses of mine have taken over. I haven’t bothered spamming your dashes with my promotions, because it didn’t seem like it mattered anyways, so I ended up just doing my thing.

outofchara. So in the light of recent events and things I’ve been seeing here on Tumblr, I figure that a problem needs to be addressed: Interactions being ignored—especially in favor of others playing the same character.
People always boast and run around and sing about how they’re ‘open to rp with anyone,’ but to be honest from what I’ve heard it’s not really the case. They’re open to rp with the people they want to rp with and if you’re not in that category, sorry bud, you’re not getting any threads with them.
You may think it’s horrible and that you don’t do it—but odds are you do, odds are I do it, too. But it’s not fair to the person that wants a thread or a quick starter or the one who even offers to write the freaking beginning post. Is it really that difficult to step out of your little boundaries and comfort zones and interact with a new character—even if that character is the same as the one you speak to frequently in your little group?
It really isn’t, but people seem to enjoy acting like it is. You may think that, ‘oh well, they can find someone else,’ but obviously, they want to interact with you. It’s even more of a kick to the face when they’re being told that you can’t wait to interact with them and bam, their attempts to do just that are cast out into the wind.
It’s just very frustrating and discouraging to have it happen and to hear about it happening to people who really don’t deserve it, and to see it being done by people you figured were better than that.
did i seriously just lose eight followers?

“Seriously, Sam - what the hell was your last name - Campbell?” Professor Dean Winchester looks down at the younger male student, observing the wrinkles in the kid’s clothes, his uniform a little bit lopsided. “First day of classes and I catch you smokin’ a joint. Not cool, man. This your first day university?”
Sam looks flustered, looking up at the older man. “Uh, yeah. S’not a big deal, prof. Do it all the time.” Jesus, he hadn’t meant to get in trouble on his first day. The eighteen-year-old has enough problems as it is.
Dean hums softly, coming around from behind his desk. “Hmm…”
Sam licks his lips slowly. “How about…if you don’t tell the anyone about this…I’ll, uh…I’ll do a little something for you,” he offers, flushing a little.
Dean quirks his eyebrow, straightening his tie. “Like what?” His voice is a little lower.
“Suck your cock,” Sam dead pans, and he’s already dropping to his knees behind the desk.
